We'll keep this short and direct: seeking information on crowdsourced maps and live, up to the date information on health facilities and distribution centers in Puerto Rico, post-Hurricane. Community health centers and hospitals (esp maternity) need to be overlaid with the infrastructure maps. There are certainly many GIS experts and other crowdsourced efforts going on but these are the latest that we have.
Thanks to a Twitter user @FMKoh we have this live map of infrastructure and road closings, etc in Puerto Rico.
Here is an affiliate map to report dangers, resources, etc using an intake form that allows reports heard via ham radio, Zello app, "heard from a family member' etc. (Crowd Rescue map, please spread the word).
Finally, a map of community health centers in Puerto Rico. This map is not updated for current status but could/should and probably is being overlaid with the infrastructure and live reports.
Please forward this post to anyone who is coordinating #PuertoRicoRelief efforts.
