Developed by an obstetric/neonatal team from the University of Washington, the PartoPant is a sustainable and effective low-tech, high-fidelity obstetric and neonatal emergency birth simulator.
This is as innovative and basic a medical device as possible. The carefully stitched recycled surgical scrubs are designed to be worn by one of the training participants. The device comes with a DVD/CD-ROM with examples of training drills as well as the newborn baby doll.
