Bike ambulances in Zambia = Zambulance.  The Zambian company, Aferka,  is developing these bicycle ambulances to complement their fleet of transport vehicles geared to different trades.  The First Lady of Zambia sees the promise of the Zambulance for her own 'Safe Motherhood Initiative' as well.
