This Clinical Patient Administration Kit (CliniPAK) automates and standaradizes primary health care workflows and data collection.Health assessment forms and patient records in a suitcase. This kit contains a ruggedized, solar powered, touch screen laptop and other health assessment tools. It allows a nurse or a midwife to do a high quality assessment of a patient in a rural setting and to create a linked patient record (and fingerprint ID). The team (Vecna Cares and Click Health) is working to outfit 15 new clinics in the Trans Mara District in Kenya.
