Gamification is all the rage: on FourSquare and on Facebook, users "check in" to locales, and get points that can earn them different titles, and companies use gaming to incentivize customers with the awarding of points and prizes.
Using this method, researchers in Cambodia are developing "The Baby Game" as a way to incentivize pregnant women to get prenatal care at clinics, and to travel to the clinic to deliver.
